2. Step on 5 cm of the tape with your heel, and stick to the back of your knee without pulling inside or outside

1. Prepare 2 sheets of titanium tape (a roll tape - cut in 40cm long)

2. Apply from the inside under the knee so that it passes through A

3. Apply around the back of the knee and stick it to the outside of the knee

4. Apply from the outside of the knee so that it passes through A

5. Apply around the back of the knee and stick to the inside of the knee

Arm Care

Recommended taping method for sports that put a load on the arm

1. Prepare 25 cm of the Titanium Tape and cut the middle part leaving 7.5 cm.

2. Paste to wrap the entire deltoid muscle

Ankle Care

Recommended taping method for sports where ankles are stressed

1. Prepare a sheet with 40 to 45-cm long of Titanium Tapes

2. Put your foot on the center of the tape so that it passes through B

3. While pushing up the arch, turn it past the ankle so that it passes through A.

4. While pulling B, turn it past the ankle so that it passes A.

Wrist Care

Recommended taping method for sports with a heavy wrist load

1. Cut Titanium Tape into 15cm-long

2. Open the palm side about 2cm and put it on your wrist to avoid over-pressing the nerves and blood vessels.
