For Exchanges
  • We will accept Exchanges within 7 days.
  • Orders made Online
    Our courier’s acknowledgement slip will verify it
  • Orders from our shop(s)
    It will be verified against the receipt for the date of purchase
  • There will strictly be no refund of the amount spent with us.
  • Customers can use the same amount for other items should they are not able to find a replacement
  • Or the amount can be utilised to offset for a higher-priced item
  • The Balance amount will not be refunded
  • Membership points accumulated will be reversed

 

Conditions of the Returned or Exchange Items
  • It must be in its original condition with its original packaging
  • The items are not to be worn or used

 

Location to Exchange or Refund
  • Please bring the item to Marina Square #02-313 with your original or online receipt.
  • We are not liable for any cost incurred by the customer for the return or exchange.

For International Shipping
  • Please note that we will not be responsible for any duty and taxes imposed by the buyer’s designated address and countries.
  • There will be strictly no refund should any disputes arise.
  • All packages will be deemed as disposed of, and we will not be accountable for such loses
  • We will encourage the customer to check with their local postal services regulations before ordering.
  • You may also consider purchasing postal insurance with our designated courier companies listed as an option.

Warranty And Repairs
Repair
We only accept repairs for items purchased with us at PhitenSG or from Phiten Japan Official Offline stores.
Please bring along the warranty card to verify for authenticity in our official shop in Marina Square.
There will be a minimum surcharge of $80 for locally purchased items if out of warranty.
For items purchased in Phiten Japan Official Offline stores 
– the minimum surcharge will be $160 subject to the following conditons:
  • Purchased item is within 3 months from the receipt date.
  • We will not be able to accept repairs if you have claimed VAT for the item in Japan.
  • Please bring along the official receipt issued; we apologise that we will not provide the service if there isn’t any.
Upon receiving the repair item, we will send the repair item to Japan and advise the customer of the actual cost should it exceed the minimum surcharge.
The time frame required for repairs will be 5 working weeks starting from the following day the item is sent to us ; subject to shipment delay.
There will not be any refund on the initial surcharge should customer decides not to proceed with the repair.
The management reserves the right to reject any repairs at its sole discretion.
