Phiten is an established since Oct 4th 1983. It has more than 1,000 points of sale worldwide and is used by millions of people.With further research and development, Phiten has created Metax technology to provide a holistic approach to managing pain and stress.

Does the Phiten technology have any side effects?

There are currently no known side effects. However, should you feel otherwise, please stop using the products.

How long does the effect of technology last?

The technology is pervaded into the materials used to create the product.Our customers will generally replace the product due to wear and tear, or some might upgrade to a better model. This is based on our customers’ personal preferences.

Is it safe for both children and seniors?

This product is recommended for children above 6 years old and is safe for seniors to use.

Will the products cure my illness or condition?

Phiten products offer an alternative health lifestyle to restore our state of balance and optimize our body functions, especially for muscles-related issues.However, Phiten products are not proven to be medical products that will cure medical conditions.We encourage each individual to seek proper medical specialists for their medical conditions and not use Phiten products as a substitute.

How long will it take to see results?

Phiten’s technology works almost immediately when used. However, the intensity of the benefit differs for each individual, depending on your current health status and your body’s response to technology.

What is AQUA TITAN?

AQUA TITAN is titanium dispersed in water at the nano level by Phiten’s water-soluble metal technology. The Phiten technology has made it possible to impregnate every fiber with titanium. Wearing products made with this technology helps relax the body better.

About RAKUWA Necklace

Is there a period of use of the RAKUWA Necklace?

There is no specific period for usage, but we recommend that you replace it should the fiber deteriorates, fades, or when the fastener breaks.

Is it okay to use the RAKUWA Necklace over my clothes?

There is no significant difference between wearing it directly on your skin or over your clothing.You may wear it according to your preference. We recommend that you wear it over your clothing for those with sensitive skin, as sweat and friction may cause skin irritation.

Is it okay to wash or bleach the RAKUWA Necklace?

Yes, you may wash it. We recommend hand-washing with a neutral detergent and drying in the shade. Please note that using a washing machine may damage the fibers, and using chlorine bleach may discolor the product. Washing the product will not deteriorate the efficacy of technology.

Is it OK to put the RAKUWA Necklace on when bathing?

Yes, you may wear it while bathing. However, the material may deteriorate due to the soap and water components. So after use, wash it thoroughly with fresh water, wipe with a towel, and dry naturally.In the case of hot springs, using the RAKUWA Necklace in the hot spring may cause discoloration. Please refrain from using the necklace in such situations.In the case of sauna, please refrain from using RAKUWA Necklace and Bracelets as they may become very hot.

Can the RAKUWA Necklace be braided?

It is possible to braid the RAKUWA necklace into a wrist size. However, when braiding three necklaces, two clasps have to be removed and sewn.Please note that we will not be responsible should a problem arise after the customer has intentionally modified it.

Can the RAKUWA Necklace be used by pregnant women, children, the elderly, and those with pacemakers?

There are no age or user restrictions for the RAKUWA Necklace.Pregnant women, children, elderly people, and those with pacemakers are allowed to use this product. Note that the skin may become sensitive during pregnancy and/or after childbirth thus when using body care items, the skin may become red or itchy.Should you discover any discomfort on your skin, stop using immediately.
About Tape

How long can I have the tape on?

For hygiene purposes, we recommend to remove it after 2 to 3 days. Please remove it immediately should rashes appear due to skin allergy or discomfort.

Is it okay to take a bath with the tape on?

There should be no problem wearing the tape to take a bath provided that there is no excessive rubbing.

Product Repair / Return / Exchange

About Returned Goods / Exchange

We only accept repairs for items purchased with us at PhitenSG or from Phiten Japan Official Offline stores.
 
Please bring along the warranty card to verify for authenticity in our official shop in Marina Square.
 
There will be a minimum surcharge of $90 for locally purchased items if out of warranty.
 
For items purchased in Phiten Japan Official Offline stores – the minimum surcharge will be $160 subject to the following conditons:
  • Purchased item is within 3 months from the receipt date.
  • We will not be able to accept repairs if you have claimed VAT for the item in Japan.
  • Please bring along the official receipt issued; we apologise that we will not provide the service if there isn’t any.
Upon receiving the repair item, we will send the repair item to Japan and advise the customer of the actual cost should it exceed the minimum surcharge.
The time frame required for repairs will be 5 working weeks starting from the following day the item is sent to us ; subject to shipment delay.
There will not be any refund on the initial surcharge should customer decides not to proceed with the repair.
The management reserves the right to reject any repairs at its sole discretion.

About Membership

How do I move up or maintain my current membership tier?

To move up or maintain your current membership tier, you need to adhere to the spending thresholds outlined for each tier. Here are the details:

  1. Base Tier: Rookie:

    • No specific spending threshold to enter this tier.

  2. Upgrade to Blooming:

    • Spend a cumulative total of $1500 on eligible purchases.
    • Once you reach this spending threshold, you will be automatically upgraded to the Blooming tier.
    • To maintain the Blooming tier, you need to continue making at least $1500 in eligible purchases within a 365-day period.

  3. Upgrade to Prime:

    • After reaching the Blooming tier, spend a cumulative total of $2500 on eligible purchases.
    • Upon reaching this spending threshold, you will be upgraded to the Prime tier.
    • To maintain the Prime tier, continue making at least $2500 in eligible purchases within a 365-day period.

How long is the membership valid, and what happens if I don’t make a purchase within a year?

  • Membership is valid for one year and remains active if at least one purchase is made within this period.
  • If no purchases are made within 365 days, the membership will automatically expire, and all accumulated points will be forfeited.

How can I track my points?

  • Simply log in to your member account at the following link: https://sgphiten.eber.co/user.
  • Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to view your current points balance, track your recent point activities, and explore the exciting rewards and benefits that await you.

Will my points expire?

No, your points will not expire immediately. The points expiration policy is as follows:

  1. Points accumulated from January 1st to June 30th will have an expiry date of June 30th of the next calendar year.

  2. Points accumulated from July 1st to December 31st will have an expiry date of December 31st of the next calendar year.

This policy provides you with a reasonable timeframe to utilize your points and enjoy the benefits of the rewards program. It ensures that you have until the end of the following calendar year to redeem your points before they expire. The intention is to value and reward your loyalty by giving you ample time to make the most of your accumulated points.

Can I transfer or combine points with other members?

  • Unfortunately, points are not transferable between members and cannot be combined.
  • Each member’s points remain separate and can only be used by the account holder for their own benefit.
  • This policy ensures the integrity and fairness of the points system for all members.

Are there any fees associated with earning or redeeming points?

  • Absolutely not. Just like our membership enrolment, earning and redeeming points within our program are entirely fee-free. Our goal is to provide you with valuable rewards without any hidden costs.

Is there a cap on the number of points I can earn?

  • No, there is no cap on points accumulation unless otherwise stated.

Will there be any special promotions or bonuses?

  • Absolutely, we’re excited to share that the new system will indeed feature special promotions and bonuses designed to add extra value to your membership experience.
